A6709: Harness, Leash and Car Tether in One Set
A6709 is sold as a kit rather than a single harness. The reference set is all Black: a padded harness lined with breathable mesh, with reflective-stitched webbing, three buckles and a top control handle; a matching reflective rope leash with a padded grip; an elastic car-seat tether; and a short webbing loop strap. The reference size chart runs from XS to XL, so despite the page name the harness is not limited to small breeds.
Kit Versus Single Harness
The harness itself is closest to A6708, which also has a control handle and reflective webbing but ships on its own and in blue. A6709 is the choice when the retail unit has to be a complete walking set, and that changes the buying questions: each of the four components needs its own specification, and the packaging must present them together. The A6691 mesh vest sits at the opposite end — one light piece with no handle and no accessories.
Agreed Before Production
Kit contents, webbing width, leash length, tether clip type, buckle and hardware finish, the position of any patch or label, and the size range are fixed in the written specification. No-pull or restraint statements, particularly for the car tether, require a test on the agreed construction and are not made here.
