New-structure samples normally take 7-10 working days after the brief, materials and sample fee are confirmed. Tooling-dependent projects have an agreed schedule. The standard MOQ is 300 pcs per style per color. Colors do not combine: two colors of the same style at 150 pcs each do not reach 300. There is no separate pilot or trial-order tier and no unit-price premium. Review the MOQ and sample-fee rules.

OEM Private Labeling

Develop a new product from your intended use, target market and brand brief, with DFM review before the sample is finalized.
Drawing-to-Sample
Submit technical drawings or renders for feasibility review. Structure files, tooling and sample scope are confirmed for the specific project.
Choose the right level of customization
The customization level determines which decisions must be closed before a reliable sample, timeline and quotation can be issued.
Light customization
Use an existing reference construction and change approved branding, colors, labels or packaging. Production normally takes 15–30 days after written sample approval.
Heavy customization / ODM
Change the pattern, dimensions, load path, materials, accessories or tooling. Production normally takes 20–45 working days after written sample approval; project-specific development is quoted separately.

Feasibility Review
Define intended use, target market, quantity, specifications and the evidence required for the final product.
Design & Sampling
Confirm structure, materials, decoration and sample scope. The sample fee is refunded only when the first order of that same style reaches 300 pcs per color. A first order of 200 pcs or fewer does not receive a sample-fee refund. For a first order of 201-299 pcs, sample-fee handling is discussed case by case, and no refund is promised.
Sample Approval
Review the physical sample against the written specification and close any agreed revision scope before production.
Order Confirmation
Confirm the Proforma Invoice, production files, payment terms and factory schedule for the specific order.
Mass Production
Factory scheduling with real-time progress photos at key milestones and full in-line QC.
Shipment
100% pre-shipment inspection with a QC report, then dispatch with full tracking and customs support.
