Volume programs for brands and retailers
For buyers who are already selling and need a factory that holds quality across repeat orders — not a one-off sample. Capacity, audit status and company registration are stated on this page so your sourcing team can verify them before the first call.
You already sell. You are changing or adding a supplier.
This page answers what a working sourcing team asks first, which is not what a first product launch asks.
- ✓You are adding a second source, replacing a factory that slipped, or moving a program out of a trading company.
- ✓You reorder the same SKUs and need consistency across production runs, not just a good first sample.
- ✓Your buyer, retailer or marketplace requires audit status, test reports and a traceable legal entity before onboarding a supplier.
- ✓You want the sampling team and the bulk team to be the same people, on the same floor.
Capacity you can plan against
One 3,000 m² site in Jinhua, Zhejiang, with 100+ production workers and 28+ technical engineers. Output runs to 100,000+ units per month across 289+ active SKUs.
The floor holds 98 machines across 18 types — including 60 computerised lockstitch machines, 10 compound-feed post-bed machines for heavy multi-layer seams, a computerised automatic cutting table, laser cutting, EVA heat-press forming and an on-site tensile strength tester. Cutting, sewing, branding, inspection and export packing all happen here, so nothing is quietly subcontracted mid-program.
Standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style per color. Pre-production samples run 3-7 days; bulk runs 15-30 days for light customization and 20-45 days for heavy customization after written sample approval.

Verify us before you commit anything
A supplier that asks you to trust a scanned image is asking for the wrong thing. Everything below can be checked without us.
- Registered name
- Jinhua Yilan Industry & Trade Co., Ltd.
- Credit code
- 91330702MA2M0CNXX6
- Incorporated
- 28 December 2020
- Registered scope
- Includes bag manufacturing
Check that code on gsxt.gov.cn, the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System. It is the state register, not a document we can edit. Our production team has been making bags since 2015; the company as a legal entity dates from 2020, and both statements are open to checking.
The site is audited to ISO 9001 and BSCI, with SGS testing and Disney programme experience. Ask for the certificate numbers during your enquiry and check them against the issuing register rather than accepting a scan. We will also walk the floor live on video, unscripted, from the fabric store through cutting, sewing, branding and packing — the factory page lists what to ask for.
What your compliance team can ask for
Written as what is available and on what terms, not as a claim that every report already exists.
Audit and certificate numbers
ISO 9001 and BSCI audit references, plus SGS and Disney programme documentation, supplied on request so you can verify them against the issuing body rather than trusting a scan.
Third-party laboratory testing
Static load, zipper cycle, waterproof, drop and salt-spray tests can be run by a qualified third-party lab. Method, standard, sample quantity, acceptance criteria, cost and timing are agreed before testing, and no test is described as passed until a real report exists.
Material and market documentation
REACH and CA Prop 65 oriented material selection, with supplier declarations where they genuinely exist, tied to the actual component and lot rather than offered as blanket proof for every finished product.
Technical files
Product structure drawings, paper patterns and cutting-die drawings can be delivered. Format, delivery stage, ownership and confidentiality are fixed in the quotation or project agreement.
From brief to repeat order
The same route as any order, with the approval points a repeat program depends on made explicit.
Brief and quotation
Product type, target market, material level, quantity per style and color, branding, packaging and evidence requirements. Open details are quoted as options rather than holding up the quote.
Sample and approval
First sample in 3-7 days, revised until the pre-production specification is approved in writing. That approved sample becomes the reference every later run is checked against.
Production
Materials booked, panels cut, bulk sewn, with progress updates at agreed milestones so a slipping date surfaces early instead of at the shipping window.
Inspection and release
In-line and pre-shipment AQL inspection covering function, appearance, seams, measurements, packing and carton marks, with a photo and video report before dispatch.
What gets fixed in writing
MOQ, lead times and the customization scope are published and do not move per buyer: 300 pieces per style per color, samples in 3-7 days, bulk in 15-30 days for light customization and 20-45 days for heavy customization.
What genuinely depends on the program — shipping terms and consolidation, payment schedule, capacity booked against a forecast, packaging and labeling specification, and the inspection plan — is agreed in the quotation or project agreement for that program rather than promised in advance on a web page. Send a forecast and we will quote against it.
Send us a program, not just a product
Share the SKUs, annual or seasonal volume, target market and the evidence your buyer requires. You will get a production route, sample plan and quotation — typically within one business day.
