A6691: A Step-In Mesh Vest Harness

A6691 is a soft vest harness for small dogs rather than a garment. The body panel is mesh fabric edged in contrasting binding, with a reflective strip across the chest and one leash ring on the back strap. It comes in five reference colourways — Blue, Red, Pink, Grey and Black — the widest choice of any item in this wearables group, which suits buyers who want to build a colour wall from a single style.

The Light End of the Walking Range

Next to the A6708 reflective harness, built for larger dogs from Oxford fabric over a mesh cushion with a lockable neck buckle, and the A6709 kit, which boxes a padded harness with a rope leash and a car tether, A6691 carries almost no hardware. That keeps it quick to fit and light to pack, and it is also the reason it should be sold as an everyday walking vest, not as a control or no-pull harness.

What the Specification Settles

The size chart and measuring method, strap adjustment range, binding colour, reflective material and leash-ring hardware are written into the specification during development; any pull-strength or visibility statement needs a test on the agreed construction first. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The standard MOQ is 300 pcs per style per color. Colors do not combine: two colors of the same style at 150 pcs each do not reach 300. There is no separate pilot or trial-order tier and no unit-price premium. Orders under 300 pcs can sometimes be accepted and are discussed case by case, for example a high-value or complex custom item. No quantity below 300 pcs is published. New structures and custom designs are possible. Unbranded ready stock is not sold. See the MOQ and sample-fee page.

How long do samples take, and how much is the sample fee?

Samples of an existing style take 3-7 days once the specification, materials, logo files and sample fee are confirmed; a new structure takes 7-10 working days. The sample fee is typically USD 80-250 depending on structural complexity. The sample fee is refunded only when the first order of that same style reaches 300 pcs per color. A first order of 200 pcs or fewer does not receive a sample-fee refund. For a first order of 201-299 pcs, sample-fee handling is discussed case by case, and no refund is promised. It cannot be credited to another style, and separate orders cannot be added together. Courier is charged at cost, and metal logo or zipper-pull molds are quoted separately (USD 50-150 each, one-time).

What are your payment terms?

Standard custom orders: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. Highly customized or complex orders: 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment. The final terms are always stated on the Proforma Invoice.

How long does bulk production take?

Approximately 15-30 days for standard custom orders and 20-45 working days for heavy customization. The clock starts after the final sample is approved, the Proforma Invoice is confirmed, the deposit has arrived and the production files are confirmed.

What can be customized?

Almost everything: logo in eight in-house techniques, fabric and lining materials, Pantone-matched colors, product size and structure, custom hardware and zipper pulls, and retail or FBA-ready packaging. Start from a design, a sketch, a reference sample, a product link or just a target price.

Which trade terms and shipping methods do you support?

Mainly EXW, FOB and CIF. We ship by international express, air freight, sea freight, rail or directly to Amazon FBA warehouses with FNSKU labels and Amazon-compliant cartons. You can use your own freight forwarder in China or ask us to recommend one.
