A6690: The Fold-Flat Travel Carrier

A6690 is a soft carrier that collapses flat for storage, listed in Pink, Black and Blue; the reference sample is a vivid pink shell with black mesh and trim. It has a mesh roof, an arched mesh window on each side, a front door that zips open and rolls back, a zip front pocket, a D-ring, a padded handle wrap and a shoulder strap.

Why Choose It Over the Duffels

The two grey duffels, A6667 and A6671, keep their shape when empty; A6690 is built to fold down to a thin panel, which matters for retail shelf space and for owners who store a carrier between trips. It is also the more colourful choice for gift and online assortments. “Airline-style” in its name refers to the shape, not a status: no airline has approved it, and every carrier sets its own cabin limits.

Still to Define

There are no dimensions or occupant rating on record for A6690, so both are set on the sample, along with how rigid the base panel must be once unfolded, the mesh density and the colour range to run. MOQ and timing are in the specification table and FAQ; first orders follow the MOQ and sample-fee policy.

Buyer FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The answers below apply to every product in our catalog. Anything product-specific is confirmed with your quotation. See the full custom order FAQ for samples, payment, shipping and after-sales terms.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The standard MOQ is 300 pcs per style per color. Colors do not combine: two colors of the same style at 150 pcs each do not reach 300. There is no separate pilot or trial-order tier and no unit-price premium. Orders under 300 pcs can sometimes be accepted and are discussed case by case, for example a high-value or complex custom item. No quantity below 300 pcs is published. New structures and custom designs are possible. Unbranded ready stock is not sold. See the MOQ and sample-fee page.

How long do samples take, and how much is the sample fee?

Samples of an existing style take 3-7 days once the specification, materials, logo files and sample fee are confirmed; a new structure takes 7-10 working days. The sample fee is typically USD 80-250 depending on structural complexity. The sample fee is refunded only when the first order of that same style reaches 300 pcs per color. A first order of 200 pcs or fewer does not receive a sample-fee refund. For a first order of 201-299 pcs, sample-fee handling is discussed case by case, and no refund is promised. It cannot be credited to another style, and separate orders cannot be added together. Courier is charged at cost, and metal logo or zipper-pull molds are quoted separately (USD 50-150 each, one-time).

What are your payment terms?

Standard custom orders: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. Highly customized or complex orders: 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment. The final terms are always stated on the Proforma Invoice.

How long does bulk production take?

Approximately 15-30 days for standard custom orders and 20-45 working days for heavy customization. The clock starts after the final sample is approved, the Proforma Invoice is confirmed, the deposit has arrived and the production files are confirmed.

What can be customized?

Almost everything: logo in eight in-house techniques, fabric and lining materials, Pantone-matched colors, product size and structure, custom hardware and zipper pulls, and retail or FBA-ready packaging. Start from a design, a sketch, a reference sample, a product link or just a target price.

Which trade terms and shipping methods do you support?

Mainly EXW, FOB and CIF. We ship by international express, air freight, sea freight, rail or directly to Amazon FBA warehouses with FNSKU labels and Amazon-compliant cartons. You can use your own freight forwarder in China or ask us to recommend one.
