A6636: A Backpack That Carries a Large Dog

A6636 is worn by the handler and holds a large dog against their back. The dog’s torso sits in a padded black shell of breathable mesh and reinforced fabric, all four legs through openings in the base, while wide padded shoulder straps take the load. A grab handle on top, a padded neck edge, reflective stitching and an opening for male dogs complete the reference build. No outer dimensions or weight rating are on record for this item yet.

Not the Same Job as the Lift Sling or the Hiking Pack

Two neighbours are easily mistaken for it. A6647 is a handheld lift harness: the dog stays on its feet and the handler holds a padded handle above a belly band, so nothing is worn by the person. A6646 is a rucksack for small dogs, who ride inside with only the head showing. A6636 sits between them — the dog is off the ground as in A6646, but it is sized for dogs that will never fit inside a bag.
