Available options depend on the selected construction, material, order quantity and artwork; the final scope is confirmed in the quotation and approved sample.

Sampling, Production and Compliance

The MOQ is 300 pieces per style per color. Colors do not combine: two colors of the same style at 150 pcs each do not reach 300. There is no separate pilot or trial-order tier and no unit-price premium. Orders under 300 pcs can sometimes be accepted and are discussed case by case, for example a high-value or complex custom item. No quantity below 300 pcs is published. New structures and custom designs are possible. Unbranded ready stock is not sold. Samples normally take 3–7 days for an existing style or 7–10 working days for a new structure after the specification, materials, logo files and sample fee are confirmed. Tooling-dependent projects have an agreed project schedule. Production normally takes 15–30 days for light customization or 20–45 working days for heavy customization after written sample approval and order prerequisites are confirmed.
