A4301: A Harness-Style Front Carrier
A4301 carries a small dog on the wearer’s chest, upright with its front and back legs out. It is built like a harness rather than a bag: Oxford cloth with mesh, black, with padded shoulder straps, separate chest and waist buckles, a short internal tether clip, a tail opening and a breathable mesh back panel. The reference size sheet gives about 40 cm (15.7 in) high by 25 cm (9.8 in) wide, and the item is rated to 8 kg (17.6 lb).
Against the Softer Carriers
The A6637 legs-out backpack holds the pet the same way but is a soft fabric pouch with a padded collar and no weight rating on record; A4301 is the more structured of the two and the one with a published capacity. The A6678 chest carrier encloses the body and rates to 4.5 kg, and the A6693 pooch pouch is a front pouch with a fold-over lid, also 4.5 kg. Set During Development
Strap length range, buckle hardware, padding thickness and the tether clip are confirmed on sample dogs across the target size band; any restraint or load statement beyond the 8 kg reference rating needs a test on the agreed build.
