A6687: A Structured Box for Pet Supplies

A6687 holds its shape. It is a rectangular bag of 39.9 × 23.9 × 27.9 cm (15.7 × 9.4 × 11 in) in cationic polyester, Charcoal Grey, with a reinforced base edge that keeps it standing square whether it is full or half empty. A two-way zip runs around the lid, a single webbing handle sits on top, the front carries a flat zip pocket and both ends have stretch mesh pockets. Cationic polyester is the two-tone yarn behind the heathered look; it is chosen here for appearance, not as a performance fabric.

Why It Is Not the Travel Tote

The box shape is the difference. A6680 and A6715 are soft bags carried on a shoulder strap; A6687 has no strap at all and is designed to sit on a shelf, in a car boot or by the door, with leads, brushes and treats kept in one place. Retailers building a matching range pair it with the backpack-format A6714: one for owners who travel, one for the cupboard at home.

Open Points for Development

Stiffener material and thickness in the walls and base, interior dividers, lining and the print position on the front panel are agreed on the sample. MOQ and timing are listed in the specification table and the buyer FAQ; first-order quantities follow the MOQ and sample-fee policy.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The standard MOQ is 300 pcs per style per color. Colors do not combine: two colors of the same style at 150 pcs each do not reach 300. There is no separate pilot or trial-order tier and no unit-price premium. Orders under 300 pcs can sometimes be accepted and are discussed case by case, for example a high-value or complex custom item. No quantity below 300 pcs is published. New structures and custom designs are possible. Unbranded ready stock is not sold. See the MOQ and sample-fee page.

How long do samples take, and how much is the sample fee?

Samples of an existing style take 3-7 days once the specification, materials, logo files and sample fee are confirmed; a new structure takes 7-10 working days. The sample fee is typically USD 80-250 depending on structural complexity. The sample fee is refunded only when the first order of that same style reaches 300 pcs per color. A first order of 200 pcs or fewer does not receive a sample-fee refund. For a first order of 201-299 pcs, sample-fee handling is discussed case by case, and no refund is promised. It cannot be credited to another style, and separate orders cannot be added together. Courier is charged at cost, and metal logo or zipper-pull molds are quoted separately (USD 50-150 each, one-time).

What are your payment terms?

Standard custom orders: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. Highly customized or complex orders: 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment. The final terms are always stated on the Proforma Invoice.

How long does bulk production take?

Approximately 15-30 days for standard custom orders and 20-45 working days for heavy customization. The clock starts after the final sample is approved, the Proforma Invoice is confirmed, the deposit has arrived and the production files are confirmed.

What can be customized?

Almost everything: logo in eight in-house techniques, fabric and lining materials, Pantone-matched colors, product size and structure, custom hardware and zipper pulls, and retail or FBA-ready packaging. Start from a design, a sketch, a reference sample, a product link or just a target price.

Which trade terms and shipping methods do you support?

Mainly EXW, FOB and CIF. We ship by international express, air freight, sea freight, rail or directly to Amazon FBA warehouses with FNSKU labels and Amazon-compliant cartons. You can use your own freight forwarder in China or ask us to recommend one.
