Materials & Construction

This bed measures 28"L x 23"W x 6.5"Th and weighs 2.27 kg. The cover combines a soft flannel surface with durable Oxford fabric and a laminated waterproof membrane. Inside, polyurethane egg-crate foam sits over polyester fiber fill to balance orthopedic support with plush comfort. The non-skid base is integrated to reduce shifting, and the reversible, removable cover simplifies hygiene. Designed for cats and dogs up to 30 lb, this bed meets the needs of owners who prioritize joint support and easy cleaning.

Customization & Ordering

Our factory supports full OEM/ODM development, including your private label, packaging, colorways, and size adjustments. Sample fees can be deducted from the bulk-order payment after order confirmation. The applicable amount and freight are confirmed in the quotation. Bulk production takes 15–30 days for light customization and 20–45 days for heavy customization. The MOQ is 300 pieces per style and colorway. Our 3,000 m² plant with 100+ staff achieves a monthly capacity of 100,000 units. We hold amfori BSCI, ISO 9001, SGS, Disney, GRS, and REACH certifications, and our in-house QC team performs AQL inspection before shipment.
